Eligibility of membership
Textiles Infomediary website is only available to buyer, sellers & service providers in the apparel and textile industry. Only registered members of textilesinfomediary.com are allowed to use the site
Member ID's and Password
Access to and use of the textilesinfomediary.com is through a combination of user id and password. Your ID and password are unique, confidential and proprietary within the textilesinfomediary.com website. Each member agrees not to disclose confidential information including user name and password except on a need to know basis with the members of his own organization.
Responsibilities of the Members
The member assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of any and all information including his product information, services information and any other information related to his product or business.
Fees & Payment
The textilesinfomediary.com as per prevailing norms and cost factors will fix membership charges for becoming a member in textilesinfomediary.com. The membership fees is non refundable and subject to renewal every year. Fees are payable by Indian members in Indian Rupees by cheque /demand drafts while foreign members will have to pay it in US dollars by demand drafts.
Compliance with Law
All buyers, sellers and other members of textilesinfomediary.com shall comply with all the applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the use of textilesinfomediary.com
Taxes and Duties
It is the responsibility of the member to take care of tax and other levies that maybe in force on their trade either buying or selling and textilesinfomediary.com will not be responsible in any form either directly or indirectly in their transaction.
Ownership
Textilesinfomediary.com website and all intellectual property right included therein, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets are owned by textilesinfomediary.com and all rights and title and interest therein shall remain the property of textilesinfomediary.com

Modifications of Terms & Conditions
Textilesinfomediary.com member will be terminated from the memberships in case of violating the above stated terms and conditions or in case found involved into any illegal or harmful activities which may adversely effect the reputation and credibility of the organization.
